Job summary

DOROT Westchester in White Plains is seeking a Manager of Social Work Supported Programs. Reporting to the Regional Director of Westchester, you will provide clinical supervision of LMSW social workers, supervise MSW interns, and oversee Home Assessment, Friendly Visiting, and other social engagement programs.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence Tue–Thu and remote days, with occasional Sundays for programs.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker with at least 5 years of professional experience and supervisory background.
• Experience working with aging services and social work best practices.
• Strong collaboration, flexibility, and creative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision of LMSW social workers pursuing LCSW licensure and supervise MSW interns.
• Oversee Westchester social work programming including Home Assessment, Friendly Visiting, and other social engagement programs.
• Partner with Regional Director and CCS team to refine workflows, track metrics, and support grant reporting.
