Job summary

Reel Works in New York City seeks a licensed social work supervisor to lead the Train & Earn program’s mental health and well-being services, including group sessions and one-on-one supports.

You will supervise the wellness team, guide case management, and ensure trauma-informed practice, collaborating with program staff to build participants’ self-management skills.

Hybrid role with three in-office days at Brooklyn locations; requires LCSW/LMSW/LMHC and NYC residency.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional (LCSW/LMSW/LMHC) with supervisory experience.
• Experience in group facilitation and trauma-informed care.
• Experience supporting youth and young adults with barriers to education/employment.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct engaging small group sessions on mental health and self-management.
• Provide individual support and counseling; develop individualized service plans.
• Supervise wellness team; monitor caseloads and documentation.
