Job summary

DOROT Westchester in White Plains, NY, seeks a Manager of Social Work Supported Programs to lead clinical and operational oversight of in-home assessments and the Friendly Visiting program.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Westchester, you will supervise social workers and interns, develop program strategy, ensure data integrity in Salesforce/Peer Place, and partner with the CCS team to advance aging services.

Qualifications

• Must hold LCSW licensure with at least 5 years of social work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising social workers.
• Experience aging services and social work best practices.
• Strong collaboration, adaptability, and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Peer Place preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Westchester social work programs and ensure strategic vision.
• Supervise LMSW social workers pursuing LCSW and supervise interns.
• Collaborate with Regional Director and CCS to refine workflows and partnerships.
• Provide program metrics for funding, grants, and reports.
• Oversee data collection and entry in Salesforce and NYS Peer Place databases.
• Support case assistance for older adults and caregivers, including crisis intervention.
