Pence Media Group (PMG) is seeking a Senior Social Content + Marketing Strategist to lead social strategy and execution for our largest client accounts. This role demands a seasoned professional who can own multi-brand portfolios end to end, build calendars, capture on-site content, and drive measurable growth.

You will manage communities, collaborate with influencers, and turn monthly analytics into clear client recommendations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing within an agency or brand environment.
• Proven success leading social for large or multi-brand accounts, with results to show for it.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills across platforms, with a talent for hooks and clear calls to action.
• Photo and short-form video skills with basic editing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute platform-specific social strategies aligned with client brand and business goals.
• Own day‑to‑day social execution for multiple large client accounts across major platforms.
• Build and manage content calendars and batching content.
• Lead daily community management and response guides.
• Coordinate brand, partner, dealer, and influencer collaborations from concept to publishing.
• Write social‑first copy with strong hooks and CTAs.
• Capture, edit, and publish photo and short‑form video, including on-site shoots.
• Plan on-site content capture days and spot trends for adaptation.
