Job summary

PMG is a global marketing services and technology company known for Best Places to Work recognitions. We are seeking a senior paid social strategist to lead enterprise client portfolios and drive cross-platform, AI-enabled campaigns.

You will shape testing roadmaps, mentor senior practitioners, and partner with analytics and product teams to deliver measurable growth across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snap and more.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of paid social strategy or related experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical and strategic authority for paid social across enterprise client portfolios and internal teams.
• Develop full-funnel paid social strategies aligned with marketing objectives and drive measurable growth.
• Lead complex cross-platform initiatives across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snap, Reddit and emerging platforms.
• Design testing roadmaps including incrementality studies, lift tests, attribution methodologies, creative experimentation, and AI-enabled optimization strategies.
• Partner with Analytics, Marketing Science, Creative, Product, Integrated Media and Client Strategy teams to deliver integrated media solutions.
• Shape PMG's paid social best practices by creating scalable frameworks, documentation, and training for the broader organization.
