Qualifications

• 6+ years in Agile, Scrum and/or Kanban; able to adapt practices.
• 6+ years designing functional specs and designs for large projects.
• 6+ years in project management across SDLC methodologies.
• 5+ years as Scrum Master on large projects with ceremonies, backlog, burndown reporting.
• 5+ years with complex application security requirements.
• 3 years with SaaS, CRM, and Cloud infrastructure.
• 3 years with Jira and Confluence.
• Agile Scrum Master Certification.
• PMP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management, coordination, and scheduling in an Agile environment.
• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product owners to maintain and elaborate backlog.
• Mentor teams in Agile principles and industry best practices.
• Contribute to development and sharing of agile standard methodologies.
• Assist in evaluating technical solutions and provide reasoned recommendations.
• Prepare charts, diagrams, and tables depicting current and proposed systems.
