Honeywell International Inc. in London is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to partner with PT and CT Sales Leadership, driving commercial performance and sales effectiveness.

The role covers pipeline management, forecasting, CRM, reporting and process improvements in a hybrid work setting. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT and other functions to ensure data accuracy, disciplined operations and actionable insights for better commercial decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Analytics or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Commercial Excellence or a related role.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, CRM systems and sales performance management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce/CRM and sales reporting or analytics tools.

• Support the execution and continuous improvement of sales processes, operating cadences, pipeline management and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards and analyses for actionable insights on pipeline, orders, forecasts and productivity.
