Job summary

Ferrara, a leading consumer-products company, seeks a Sales Operations Senior Manager to lead forecasting, reporting, and planning for a key customer channel. The role partners with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to keep forecasts aligned with the broader IBP agenda.

You will drive weekly forecasts, provide actionable insights, and support planning forums and annual operating plans. Strong data skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential in our Rogers, AR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sales operations, forecasting, analytics, or a related CPG discipline.
• Experience with S&OP tools, BI platforms, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP/S4-HANA).

Responsibilities

• Drive weekly channel forecast as part of the IBP process.
• Track channel sales performance and explain drivers at multiple levels.
• Prepare data and commentary for planning forums (DMR, PMR, Sales reviews).
• Support PS3 and Annual Operating Plan with robust analytics.
• Maintain accurate channel data and ensure system data integrity.
