Job summary

First Citizens is seeking an experienced Product Management Leader to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise S2P and CLM solutions. You will lead a team of product professionals, prioritize backlogs, and partner with stakeholders, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable procurement and contracting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with 6+ years of experience
• Or high school diploma with 10+ years of IT experience
• Experience with Coupa and Source-to-Pay processes; product management ownership and agile delivery are required

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for Procure-to-Pay and CLM capabilities
• Manage a team responsible for design, configuration, reporting, testing, implementation and upgrades
• Prioritize the product backlog based on value, user experience, risk, and priorities
• Lead change management and training for business users and stakeholders
