Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a Senior Resource Manager, Creative & Content, to lead planning, scheduling, and production oversight for multi-channel campaigns. You will partner with Creative & Content leadership, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery within budget while building strong vendor relationships.

The role emphasizes process improvements, risk management, and data-driven decision making to optimize workflows and drive efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hybrid work arrangement in Memphis/onsite expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, resource allocation, and production oversight for Creative & Content initiatives across channels.
• Collaborate with leadership, Supply Chain, Finance, and vendors to optimize procurement and logistics.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization for efficient funding.
• Provide guidance on procurement processes and vendor capabilities to internal teams.
• Support RFP planning, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations for improvements and savings.
• Analyze capacity, budgets, and metrics to inform department planning.
