Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a Senior Resource Manager, Creative & Content to lead planning, resource allocation, and production oversight across print, digital, video, and emerging media. You will partner with Creative & Content leadership, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and strong vendor management.

This hybrid role is based at ALSAC's National Executive Office in Memphis, TN, requiring excellent project, budget, and stakeholder management to drive efficiency and scalable

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, resource allocation, project execution, and production oversight for Creative & Content initiatives across multiple channels.
• Partner with Creative & Content leadership, Supply Chain, Finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient vendor selection, procurement, logistics, and purchasing practices.
• Develop, manage, track, and report project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
• Establish production specifications, timelines, and deliverables for internal teams and external partners.
• Manage vendor relationships through project lifecycle, ensuring quality and continuous improvement.
