Job summary

VML is seeking a Resource Manager to optimize staffing and resource allocation for multiple campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment. You will partner with project teams, Talent Acquisition, HR, and leadership to ensure the right talent is available when needed and workloads are balanced.

The role requires 3+ years in resource management within advertising/marketing, strong communication, and a proactive mindset. We offer a hybrid work model with on-site collaboration four days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of resource management experience in advertising/marketing.
• Firm grasp of agency processes and ability to create order in chaos.
• Deep understanding of the skills and responsibilities of departmental roles.
• Excellent interpersonal communication to motivate and influence across seniority.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing and resource planning to optimize talent across projects.
• Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and support vendor requests.
• Assist with timesheets and expense reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and operations to onboard staff.
• Monitor utilization and balance workloads across teams.
• Identify freelance needs and build business cases with TA.
