This hybrid role blends lab work with remote data analysis, planning, and scientific writing. You will mentor staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance high-impact research.

Qualifications

• PhD in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years postdoctoral research experience in relevant field.
• Proven expertise in experimental design, execution and data analysis.
• Track record of publications in high-impact journals.
• Experience with PCR, gene editing, cell culture and recombinant DNA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including proposal writing.
• Ability to work independently and in hybrid setting.
• Experience with bioinformatics tools and statistics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, conduct, and optimize experiments in molecular biology, genetics, and related fields.
• Develop and validate new research methodologies and protocols.
• Analyze experimental data using statistical and bioinformatics tools.
• Interpret research findings and draw scientifically sound conclusions.
