Markel Group is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst for its Personal Lines Compliance team. This role supports regulatory compliance while enabling growth, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

The candidate will conduct audits, interpret state laws, develop forms, and lead filing projects. Requires 5+ years in regulatory compliance, insurance experience, and strong communication; base salary ranges from $78,000 to $107,205 with 15% incentive.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate or degree.
• 5+ years of experience as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst.
• Insurance certifications or industry affiliations preferred.
• Insurance industry experience required; Property & Casualty preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or participate in market conduct exams, audits, and regulator relationships.
• Interpret state laws and implement action plans to ensure compliance; file forms, rates, and rules.
• Develop state-specific forms and advise underwriting teams on compliance.
• Identify trends, propose process improvements, and coach team members.
• Provide regulatory research, analysis, and strong written/verbal communication.
