Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler for Capital Projects in the Indianapolis area. You will develop and maintain schedules for electric capital infrastructure projects, interfacing with project management, client management, engineering, and construction teams.

Requires Primavera P6 proficiency, 5+ years of experience, a post-secondary degree, strong communication, and MS Office skills. This role offers a hybrid schedule with three days in-office and two remote.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the practical application of project controls.
• 5 or more years of project experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for electric capital infrastructure projects.
• Perform critical path analysis and provide schedule insights.
• Interface with project management, client management, engineering, and construction teams.
• Produce look-ahead, actuals, and schedule quality reports.
• Support schedule contingency management and risk reviews.
• Travel to client offices for coordination meetings as needed.
