Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler for Capital Projects in Colorado with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 remote). You will develop and maintain detailed schedules for electric capital infrastructure projects, interfacing with project management, client management, engineering, and construction teams.

Applicants should have 5+ years of project scheduling experience and be proficient in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Access.

• Demonstrated motivation to learn and contribute with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with project coordination and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Implement project controls tools and methodology.
• Develop and support schedule requirements per client procedures.
• Perform critical path analysis and provide schedule insights.
• Support contingency management and identify project risks.
• Provide regular project updates and report deviations from baseline.
• Produce look-ahead, actuals, and schedule quality reports.
• Travel to client offices for coordination as needed.
