MJH Life Sciences seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive execution across digital, print, video, live, and custom programs. The role focuses on timely delivery, budget adherence, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid Monroe, NJ setting.

You will use Workfront/Salesforce/Workday daily, lead cross‑functional teams, and proactively identify risks. Bachelor’s degree and 4–5+ years of PM experience are required, with pharma compliance knowledge as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–5+ years of project management or similar experience required.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and medical/legal/regulatory review processes preferred.
• Workfront or similar project management software experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead project kick-off meetings, organize stakeholders, and create clear task agendas.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines across departments.
• Anticipate risks and collaborate on proactive solutions.
• Utilize Workfront, Salesforce, and Workday for tracking and reporting.
• Lead status meetings with KPIs and project charters.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-studio productions.
• Manage projects across digital, print, video, live events, and custom programs.
