Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Lead Senior Project Manager to oversee aerospace industrial and logistics facilities, including MEP infrastructure and tenant fit-outs. This is a remote role with up to 10–20% travel to client sites. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams from initiation to closeout, coordinate with clients on scope, budget, schedule, risk, and quality, and ensure programs deliver expected outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, experience plus education considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Experience in multiuse I&L commercial facilities desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project or Kahua experience required; Bluebeam beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of real estate project management for multiple facilities from initiation to closeout.
• Collaborate with clients on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Develop project delivery resources and conduct RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Facilitate charter development and integrated timelines.
• Ensure schedules are met and issues are resolved or escalated.
• Lead regular project status meetings and coordinate cross-discipline teams.
• Coach team members and promote CBRE RISE values.
• Support development of new processes and standards.
