Job summary

Viridian Energy Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager in San Diego or Los Angeles (Hybrid). You will own solar, storage, and EV charging projects end to end—from contract signature to handover—across a multi-technology portfolio.

You’ll manage budgets, schedules, permitting, and coordination with utilities while leading field operations, subcontractors, and equipment deliveries. The role also offers input on company processes and ongoing client relationships through handover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing commercial-scale solar, storage or EV charging construction projects.
• Owns projects end to end from contract to handover.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle: budgets, schedules, permitting, utility coordination, incentive management, and contractor negotiation.
• Oversee field operations, subcontractors and equipment deliveries; perform QA/QC and safety inspections on active sites.
• Maintain close client relationships from award through to operations handover and provide feedback on installation practices.
