Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of multiple renewable energy projects from contract signature to transition to O&M, including solar PV, storage, and EV charging. The role is hybrid out of our offices in Mountain View, San Diego, Los Angeles, or New York, with collaboration across utilities, permitting, and contractor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Energy, Architecture, Sustainability or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in commercial solar, storage or EVSE construction.
• NABCEP Installer Certification is a plus; PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development and Engineering with procurement, value engineering, and construction planning.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, oversee quality control and client communications and expectations.
• Support risk management activities for contract reviews and project deliverables.
• Execute Turn-Key Installation across multiple renewable technologies from start to finish
• Manage field operations along with subcontractors and equipment deliveries
• Provide feedback to improve company protocols, installation practices, and company growth
• Perform onsite preconstruction kickoffs, QA/QC and safety inspections on active construction sites
• Interface with PF's legal, estimating, business group leadership for project contracting and execution
• Work with the Operations team to complete Monthly Financial Reviews (budgets, change orders)
