Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Mission Systems team in Aguadilla, PR. The role focuses on CAM/EVMS, schedules, budgets and cross-functional collaboration across IPTs. Hybrid work consists of onsite and remote days per manager schedule.

You will lead baseline and change control, analyze performance trends, and ensure alignment with Collins processes. Strong English communication and PMI/EVMS credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate clear communication between leadership and engineering teams to ensure project outcomes.
• Build and maintain accurate project schedules including milestones and dependencies.
• Lead weekly meetings and reviews to track progress and issues.
• Provide updates to program cost and schedule tools and support EVMS reporting cycles.
• Participate in IBRs, PMRs and surveillance activities.
