Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Earned Value Analyst and Master Scheduler in Aguadilla, PR. You will support EACS PP&C within the Center of Excellence, producing timely EVM and financial data, and maintaining central datasets for aerospace programs.

You will work with program managers and engineers to drive insights, manage IMS, and deliver accurate performance reporting across weekly and monthly cycles, while participating in program administration and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM or related field with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Earned Value Management (EVMS) principles.
• Professional English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile weekly and monthly EVM reports for Program Management.
• Attend program meetings and evaluate EVM data for decisions.
• Create, track, and maintain IMS for critical programs.
• Explain and justify program initiatives and performance.
• Collaborate with teams to manage financial performance.
