Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX business, in Aguadilla, PR, is seeking a Senior Earned Value Analyst and Master Scheduler to support the EACS PP&C Center of Excellence. You will manage weekly and monthly EVM reporting, IMS scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with program managers and engineers.

The role offers hybrid work with 3 days onsite and 2 remote, exposure to aerospace programs, and opportunities to influence financial performance and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years in a related role or an advanced degree.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) principles and processes.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Compile weekly and monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) reports and highlight trends.
• Attend program meetings and evaluate EVM data to support decisions.
• Create, track, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for critical programs.
• Contribute explanations and justifications for program initiatives.
• Partner with program teams to deliver and manage financial performance.
