Job summary

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator for a hybrid role in Minneapolis, MN. This contract position includes procurement, PSA management, and project coordination duties to support IT initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, detailed organization, and experience with procurement workflows. Compensation is $40–$50 per hour on a W2 basis, with eligibility for benefits through Genesis10.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus a project management certification with relevant work experience
• Experience coordinating multiple tasks under pressure while ensuring goals are met on time and within budget
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and organization in planning, tracking, and executing project tasks
• Experience using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or similar
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Valid driver''s license and a working vehicle for commuting between job sites
• Four-year college degree OR equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with purchasing processes, procurement workflows, and vendor management

Responsibilities

• Manage technology procurement requests and prepare purchase requisitions
• Prepare, track, and monitor Professional Service Authorizations (PSAs)
• Identify and implement process improvements for PSA, procurement, and contract lifecycle management
• Assist the project manager in developing project budgets, schedules, scope statements, and plans
• Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
• Liaise with stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
• Allocate project resources to ensure the team has what''s needed
• Analyze data as required
• Conduct administrative duties such as meetings, invoices, and estimates
• Track and report project progress
• Help managers monitor progress and update stakeholders
• Schedule stakeholder meetings and generate reports
