The role requires 2+ years in project coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint. This contract position offers hourly pay of $35–$40 and a 3‑4 month term with possible extension.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or marketing operations.
• Experience coordinating artwork, packaging, and labeling approvals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and approval workflows.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and proactive project driving.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage projects within internal project management systems.
• Coordinate artwork, packaging, and labeling approvals across Brand, Legal, Regulatory, and Engineering teams.
• Serve as liaison with external printing and production agencies for artwork priorities and schedules.
• Support purchase order creation, vendor coordination, and marketing operations tasks.
• Coordinate sales samples for customer meetings, presentations, and trade shows.
• Maintain artwork, marketing assets, and project documentation in SharePoint and other systems.
