Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support an experienced Project Manager with day-to-day project and program coordination.
• Support meeting management and document meeting takeaways and action items.
• Track and follow up on project activities and action items.
• Support the creation of program status materials and project documentation.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Use MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint to support project execution and reporting.
• Coordinate across project activities and workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
• Potentially take ownership of a smaller project or workstream.
• Prepare first drafts of project materials for interactions with program leadership.
• Collaborate with one or two Project Managers in the program.

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for a with a Major Financial Services Firm located in Minneapolis, MN.

This is a 9+ month opportunity with option to go perm. This role requires 4 days on site a week.

Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview

This role will support a fast-moving program focused on a platform replacement for a trust product. The Project Coordinator will work closely with an experienced Project Manager to drive day-to-day mechanics, including meeting management, tracking action items, preparing status materials, and maintaining documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to grow into a Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support an experienced Project Manager with day-to-day project and program coordination
• Support meeting management and document meeting takeaways and action items
• Track and follow up on project activities and action items
• Support the creation of program status materials
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Use MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint to support project execution and reporting
• Coordinate across project activities and workstreams within a fast-moving environment
• Potentially take ownership of a smaller project or workstream while working alongside an experienced Project Manager
• Prepare effective first drafts of project materials that may be used in interactions with program leadership
• Work with primarily one Project Manager, with the possibility of supporting a second PM within the program

Primary Requirements

• Experience with MS Project
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Demonstrated drive, initiative, and willingness to dig into the work
• Ability to get up to speed quickly and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment

• Experience using Copilot or other AI productivity capabilities
