Responsibilities

• Support Program/Project Managers on schedules, risks, issues, action items, and tool use.
• Coordinate Project Management training program logistics.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports.
• Prepare agendas and document meeting minutes for technology gates.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and dashboards.
• Travel up to 20%.
• Hybrid work location in Latrobe, PA.
