Job summary

You will coordinate meetings, maintain project plans, track milestones, and support leadership communications to ensure alignment across regional hubs and teams.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of project coordination experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred; strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in project coordination, program management, or related project-based work.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in public health, administration, healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• Experience with grant-funded or federally funded programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project timelines, task lists, milestone trackers, and implementation roadmaps.
• Coordinate meetings across project leadership, regional teams, and partner organizations.
• Develop meeting agendas and coordinate logistics.
• Document meeting minutes, decisions, and action items; follow up.
• Monitor completion of action items and deliverables.
• Track cross-team dependencies and provide status updates to leadership.
• Support leadership governance and communications.
• Maintain project documentation and SOPs; ensure version control.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for cross-functional workgroups and regional hubs.
