Job summary

University of Kansas Medical Center is seeking a Fellowship Program Coordinator for Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences in Wichita. The role supports three training programs: Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine, and KEY STEPS, coordinating schedules, recruitment, events, and reporting.

The coordinator liaises with faculty, residents, and departments, ensures compliance with accreditation standards, manages data systems, and assists with budget and grant activities while supporting

Qualifications

• Six years relevant work experience; education may be substituted.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with web-based database and administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program schedules including rotations, call, vacations and conferences.
• Maintain records of resident training, evaluations and certifications.
• Prepare and manage grant-related reports and progress tracking.
• Provide admin support to the Program Director and coordinate cross-department activities.
