Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Inbound Network Design within Service Parts & Accessories. You will own the global inbound network design, leading cross-functional programs to improve customer experience, throughput, and cost.

The role is hybrid from Irvine, CA, reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain Optimization. You will manage multi-quarter roadmaps, drive KPI performance, and scale processes across nodes and partners, collaborating with Parts Distribution Center leadership and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project/program management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations or related field; Master's a plus
• Certifications or training (PMP, CMP, or similar) are a plus
• Ability to drive complex programs within budget and timeline
• Experience with program management methodologies and tools and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global inbound and logistics network design for Service Parts & Accessories
• Lead projects within Operations or Parts Planning and support Rivian's objectives
• Coordinate with Service Parts, Logistics, Packaging Engineering and internal partners for readiness
• Drive inbound network design to ensure supply continuity and cost optimization
• Build multi-quarter roadmaps and guide leadership on inventory health and distribution
• Own network KPIs and drive cost/quality improvements for customers
• Lead business case development and critical decision making on supply chain scenarios
