Job summary

Rivian’s Irvine, CA-based Supply Chain team seeks a Senior Global Supply Manager to own end-to-end sourcing for vehicle programs. You will negotiate terms, manage LTAs, and collaborate with Tier 1 suppliers to protect Rivian’s financial and production interests.

You will drive bid processes, refine procurement systems, and lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement to enable multi-generational vehicle strategies with autonomy and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering; minimum 3 years procurement experience.
• Automotive industry experience and cost estimation knowledge are preferred.
• Experience negotiating and managing LTAs; ability to analyze should-cost gaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for Power Distribution commodities within vehicle programs.
• Use supply chain systems to issue RFIs/RFPs and purchase orders with accuracy.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close cost gaps with leadership oversight.
• Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 suppliers and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Lead small-scale projects and identify/mitigate low-complexity procurement risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast costs and align on long-term plans.
