Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Inbound Network Design in Irvine, CA, with a hybrid work model. You will own the global inbound network design to improve customer experience, throughput, and cost, leading cross-functional programs across Service Parts Planning, Logistics, and Packaging Engineering.

You will manage multi-quarter roadmaps, drive KPI performance, and scale processes across nodes and partners to deliver a world-class service supply network aligned to Rivian’s goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project/program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations; Master’s is a plus.
• Certifications such as PMP or CMP are advantageous.
• Ability to drive complex programs within budget and timeline.
• Proficiency with Agile, Critical Path Analysis, and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead global inbound network design for Service Parts & Accessories.
• Manage multi-quarter roadmaps and cross-functional programs.
• Coordinate with Service Parts, Logistics, Legal, and business partners for distribution readiness.
• Own network KPIs and drive cost reductions while maintaining quality.
• Develop business cases and manage budgets for 3PL warehouses.
• Provide governance, risk analysis, and change control across programs.
• Align programs with Rivian objectives and timelines.
