Job summary

Rifle Paper Co. is seeking a Senior Production Manager to oversee product development and production from concept to final delivery.

You will manage domestic and international supplier relationships, complex seasonal calendars, and ensure quality, cost, and on-time delivery. You will directly lead a small team of production professionals, setting priorities, coaching, and driving performance across multi-category consumer products.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
• 7+ years in production, product development, sourcing, or similar.
• Experience managing international manufacturing partners and multi-category production.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and production across categories from concept to delivery.
• Manage seasonal calendars, critical paths, and POs.
• Oversee specs, artwork approvals, packaging, testing, and QC with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Quality Control/Logistics to ensure smooth production transitions.
• Coach and develop a small Production team and drive accountability.
