Job summary

Centric Brands Inc. is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead the placement, execution and follow-up of manufacturing orders, ensuring timely delivery of quality, profitable goods.

The role partners with Merchandising, Design and Sales to deliver on margin goals across categories. The candidate should have extensive garment manufacturing knowledge, 5–8 years in apparel production and sourcing, and proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, CAD, and Mac systems.

Qualifications

• Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; detail oriented and meticulous.
• Creativity, technical capability and merchandising/design sense.
• Extensive knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques.
• 5-8 years experience in apparel production and sourcing; significant relevant experience in category.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, CAD and Mac computers.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Production Manager manages the placement, execution and follow-up of manufacturing orders and by ensuring the timely delivery of quality, profitable goods.
• Partner with Merchandising, Design and Sales to develop product, ensure correct execution of products and attain agreed-upon margin goals.
• Perform capacity planning and performance management, allocate production across vendors and reserve production space.
• Troubleshoot quality and technical issues with factories, mills and vendors; coordinate with imports and customs.
• Travel to factories and international trade shows, where appropriate.
