Job summary

Verily is seeking a Sightline Senior Product Manager to drive the platform lifecycle for our population health intelligence suite. You will translate complex pharma and biosecurity workflows into actionable product requirements and steer the scaling of multi-modal forecasting tools.

The role emphasizes data governance, regulatory considerations, and collaboration with clinical, legal, and academic stakeholders to ensure compliant, high-impact solutions for life sciences partners.

Qualifications

3+ years as Product Manager, Technical PM, or similar leading platform execution in life sciences/biotech.
Degree or practical experience in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Genomics, or related field.
Background in infectious disease (epidemiology, molecular diagnostics, public health surveillance, or virology).
Strong operational depth with data deployments and cross-functional accountability.
Ability to translate complex biological parameters into structured technical requirements for engineers.

Responsibilities

Drive commercial product strategy: translate complex pharma workflows into clear requirements for predictive analytics and forecasting.
Scale molecular diagnostic pipelines: align engineering and bioinformatics to scale ddPCR, amplicon sequencing, and mNGS workflows.
Champion agile execution: run daily Scrum and manage JIRA/Confluence roadmaps from design to deployment.
Facilitate ecosystem integration: coordinate data integration across public health endpoints and marketplaces.
Manage data governance and IP: coordinate with clinical, legal, and academic stakeholders on data licensing and transfer protocols.
