Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business management, engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years supervising a team of professionals.
• Experience in supply chain compliance, procurement, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a procurement team and execute long-term strategy.
• Develop strategies with metrics to drive performance and efficiency.
• Provide daily leadership and workload management for procurement teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align procurement practices across the organization.
• Track and report project metrics to leadership and drive accountability.
