Middough Inc. seeks a Process Engineering Manager to lead a talented team of engineers and deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will guide technical execution across refining, oils, and metals sectors, mentor staff, coordinate with senior management, and support business development while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. The role requires strong communication, strategic planning, and hands-on leadership to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery across

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Process Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• 15+ years of experience as a Process Engineer.
• 5+ years of leadership including managing engineers.
• Experience in process engineering for batch, refining, oil and gas, or metals manufacturing.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct team members to complete projects.
• Collaborate with senior management in coordinating work for projects.
• Coach and develop team members using best practices and training tools.
• Participate in planning, cost development, project management and scheduling for projects.
• Use company work processes to provide quality checks and reviews of all projects.
• Manage quality and accuracy standards for the electrical department and review deliverables.
• Develop client rapport by providing technical and managerial solutions.
• Support business development activities to keep the team productive.
