Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 7+ years process engineering experience required.
• Experience in sanitary/industrials manufacturing environments required.
• Turnkey skid and tank systems design experience required.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering projects from concept through commissioning/startup.
• Design sanitary process systems including skid, CIP/SIP, aseptic processing.
• Review/approve PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, and deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
• Lead customer technical discussions and design reviews; perform risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with ASME BPE and regulatory standards.
• Support proposals, estimates, standardization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee FAT, commissioning, and onsite startup activities.
