Job summary

Early Warning Services is seeking a Senior Program/PMO Manager in the U.S. to lead very large, complex programs and multiple inter-related projects aimed at meeting strategic business goals.

You will establish governance, track progress, manage risk, and ensure delivery within time, cost and quality constraints. The role requires extensive technical and project management experience, Leadership of project teams, and the ability to balance business outcomes with regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management and/or Computer Science or related field.
• PMP certification or related certifications or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 8 or more years of related experience in program management
• Demonstrated program management experience and people leadership and mentorship
• Experience in financial institutions or similarly regulatory industries
• Ability to handle multiple complex projects independently with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executive leadership and vendors
• Background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Understand Portfolio priorities and drive outcomes within the program and aligned projects
• Manage all aspects of multiple inter-related projects within the program
• Align project plans and interdependencies to ensure Roadmap success
• Perform program governance to ensure on time, on budget, and quality delivery
• Monitor progress, mitigate risk, and resolve issues across the program
• Establish best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships
• Coach/mentor PMO team members on policies and practices
• Support audits of projects within the program
• Manage cross-project interdependencies and milestones for visibility
• Provide leadership to stakeholders for cost, schedule, budget and quality
• Create and maintain master program plan and status reporting
• Support risk management and data security commitments
