Job summary

Bullish is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the post-merger integration of a blue-chip financial services partner into its fast-scaling platform. You will own day-to-day PMI, align C-suite executives, and drive enterprise-wide change from NYC with a minimum of four onsite days per week.

This role requires 10+ years in program management or management consulting, deep capital markets knowledge, and a track record of delivering complex integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Program Management or Management Consulting leading complex PMIs or enterprise-wide transformations.
• Core understanding of capital markets infrastructure and digital assets.
• Strong analytical capability converting capacity metrics and headcount data into allocation plans.
• High emotional intelligence and professional maturity for enterprise change contexts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field; PMP/Agile/Scrum or M&A certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PMI from core functional lines: People & Organization, Technology, Finance & Accounting, Legal & Compliance, Cost Synergies and Communications & Branding.
• Drive Operations Modernization by identifying manual processes and accelerating automation with executive leadership.
• Maintain governance and a strong risk/register, map interdependencies, and escalate risks as needed.
• Translate capacity analysis into long-term resource allocation across Technology, Operations, and Compliance.
• Ensure executive alignment through tailored communication and steering committee governance.
• Oversee staffing readiness for tokenization and digitized asset pipelines; drive cross-workstream collaboration.
