Job summary

Early Warning seeks a seasoned Program Manager to deliver very large, complex programs comprised of inter-related projects. You will establish governance, track progress, and manage risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality outcomes.

The role requires extensive program management experience, leadership of PMO teams, and proven ability to align project work with strategic business goals across financial services environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management or Computer Science or related field.
• PMP or related certification or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 8+ years in program management with leadership experience.
• Experience in financial institutions or regulated environments and SDLC-related processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead very large, complex programs with inter-related projects aligned to strategic goals.
• Establish program governance, track progress, manage risk, and control changes.
• Coach and mentor PMO staff and ensure delivery on time, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate cross-project interdependencies and maintain master program plans.
• Communicate status to executive leadership and stakeholders.
