Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC seeks an accomplished Program Manager to deliver large, complex programs and manage multiple interrelated projects. You will establish governance, track progress, manage risk, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining high quality.

This role requires strong leadership, collaboration with executives, and coaching of PMO staff. Hybrid work model applies to locations such as San Francisco, Chicago, New York, and Scottsdale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management and/or Computer Science or related field.
• PMP certification or related certifications or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years of related experience in program management.
• Experience in financial institutions or regulated industries and/or software development processes.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects, work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of very large, complex programs and inter-related projects.
• Establish program management framework, track progress, manage risk, control change.
• Governance reviews to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and quality.
• Coach and mentor PMO team members; support audits and governance.
• Coordinate cross-project interdependencies and communicate milestones to executives.
• Develop master program plan and status reporting for senior leadership.
