Brailsford & Dunlavey is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Life Sciences advisory to lead complex facilities projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will manage MEPP and technology integration, collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, and drive execution from planning through occupancy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in MEP/Technology-related roles in real estate, design, or project management.
• Experience with complex tech, lab, or mission-critical projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering/real estate-related field.
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of design, construction, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between clients and project teams through the lifecycle.
• Lead MEPP and Technology document development for project execution.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project controls; evaluate scope changes.
• Coordinate procurement of design, construction, and consultant services.
• Support contract development, negotiation, and administration.
