The hybrid role in the San Francisco Bay Area focuses on MEPP and technology coordination for mission-critical facilities and lab environments. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate design meetings, review deliverables, and mentor junior staff, ensuring alignment with design intent and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in an MEP/Technology affiliated role (development, real estate, design, construction, or project management).
• Experience supporting complex technology, infrastructure, or mission-critical labs.
• Ability to interpret architectural, engineering, and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEPP and Technology coordination across projects.
• Manage design meetings, document discussions, track actions.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Support procurement, contracts, and consultant coordination.
• Mentor junior project staff and ensure alignment with design intent.
