Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks a Senior Technical Platform Product Manager for Payments Infrastructure & Agentic AI in New York, NY (Hybrid). You will own the platform roadmap, build APIs and developer frameworks that connect core transaction infrastructure with agentic AI architectures, working with platform engineers, risk teams, and external AI researchers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical product management for developer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define platform strategy, requirements and API specs enabling agent-facilitated commerce.
• Drive integration of agentic protocols into scalable backend systems.
• Architect safeguards with Fraud, Risk, and Servicing teams for real-time auth and dispute handling.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with AI orgs, PSPs, and merchants on standards and data interfaces.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk and Compliance to meet data privacy and global financial regs.
• Work with engineering and developer experience to ship resilient APIs and dashboards.
• Monitor AI landscape and translate advances into a durable, multi-year platform roadmap.
