The role blends sales leadership with field execution, emphasizing safety, quality, and client satisfaction. You will align sales and operations, manage subcontractors nationwide, and pursue new business to grow revenue and market share.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in paving/asphalt or facility services.
• Strong project management with sales and delivery experience.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
