Job summary

Leoforce in Homewood, IL, is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Estimator to lead cost estimation and project oversight from bid to closeout. You will prepare estimates for asphalt paving and site development, analyze plans, manage scheduling, subcontractors, materials, and client communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

A bachelor's degree preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in estimating and/or project management in asphalt paving or heavy civil construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
