Qualifications

• SEC reporting requirements including Forms 10-K and 10-Q, and related filings.
• Big 4 public company experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred.
• Excel proficiency and experience with financial systems and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day SEC reporting process including 10-K, 10-Q, proxy and other filings.
• Support quarterly earnings process and external communications.
• Support SOX audit and internal controls over financial reporting.
• Administer equity plan activities (RSU/ESPP) and W-2/1099 reporting impacts.
• Collaborate with legal and IT to ensure systems operate SOX-compliant and effectively.
