Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience servicing municipal/public clients and managing projects.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in NJ required.
Strong design skills; experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Mentor and develop junior staff and ensure group productivity and quality.
Supervise preparation of engineering documents for municipal projects (plans, specs, cost estimates).
Participate in business planning and project selection.
Assist in generating new clients and projects through relationships and proposals.
Oversee multiple high-priority projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
Serve as primary client, contractor, and regulatory agency contact.
