Job summary

OSI Systems, Inc. seeks a Manager, Supply Chain Planning to lead the end-to-end planning for Supplies & Accessories. You will own the Sales and Inventory Planning process and align multiple functions to a single approved plan, while improving turns and productivity.

This hybrid role requires onsite collaboration at Snoqualmie, WA three or more days weekly. You will drive demand, supply, inventory, and executive reviews, manage scenarios, and optimize planning parameters including safety stock

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, material planning, supply planning, or inventory planning.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience; experience owning or leading S&OP, IBP, or Sales and Inventory Planning processes is preferred.
• Demonstrated success improving inventory turns, working capital, service performance, and operational productivity.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the monthly Sales and Inventory Planning process for Supplies & Accessories, aligning multiple functions on a single operating plan.
• Integrate forecasts, demand signals, seasonality, promotions, backlog, and market intel into a consensus demand plan.
• Lead demand, supply, inventory, and executive review meetings; document decisions and risks.
• Establish scenario plans for upside/downside, constrained supply, capacity limits and product transitions.
• Maintain a disciplined planning calendar, decision rights, escalation path, and cadence.
• Own end-to-end supply planning translating demand into supplier, replenishment, distribution, and manufacturing requirements.
• Lead production and material planning alignment with capacity, labor, suppliers, lead times, and lot sizes.
• Oversee MRP/DRP execution, safety stock, reorder points, lead times and service level targets.
• Identify shortages and recovery actions; drive decisions with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering and suppliers.
